If you're trying to contribute to a campaign with your debit card but the option isn't available to you, there are two possible reasons why:
- The PayPal account receiving the money hasn't enabled credit card payments.
If this is the case, please provide the Campaign Owner with a link to this Help Page so they can follow the steps on it to enable credit card payments.
- The debit card you're trying to use to make your contribution is from a bank that doesn't support online debit payments.
If this is the case, then you'll need to speak with your bank and ask them to start supporting online debit payments through your account.
