General troubleshooting steps [ TRY THESE FIRST ]

Are you having trouble with any of the following things?

  • Loading our website 
  • Loading a campaign page
  • Clicking a button on a campaign
  • Adding your campaign to a Facebook Page Tab
  • Various other technical issues

The following troubleshooting steps will resolve most issues. Please go through the following steps in order

  1. Clear your browser's cache & cookies, then try again

  2. Make sure your browser is not blocking 3rd party cookies for our website, then try again

  3. Remove and then reauthorize the FundRazr App in your Facebook or Google+ account (if applicable), then try again. If you're not sure how to remove the FundRazr App, click here.

What if that didn't work?

If none of the above steps resolved the issue, we'll be happy to help but we'll need more information on the browser and operating system you were using when you attempted it, as well as a description of your issue.

  • Please click the Ask our support team button at the bottom of this page and let us know you've already gone through these troubleshooting steps. We'll give you a link that you can use to send us details of your system so we can use that information to try and get to the bottom of it.
